IN NO EVENT SHALL SNS CRUISE LINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF ITS WEB SITE OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEB SITE, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH ITS WEB SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ITS WEB SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. ANY CARRIAGE USING A TICKET OBTAINED USING ITS WEB SITE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE OF THE RELEVANT CARRIER, APPLICABLE FOR BOTH NON-INTERNATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE. IT MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO THE WARSAW CONVENTION, 1929 OR HAGUE PROTOCOL, 1955 OR MONTREAL CONVENTION, 1999, WHICH MAY LIMIT THE CARRIER’S LIABILITY IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU SHOULD REFER TO THE NOTE ON CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE SET OUT BELOW.

SNS Cruise Line assumes no liability or responsibility for any typographical or other errors or omissions in the content on this site. SNS Cruise Line endeavors to provide uninterrupted service through its website, however SNS Cruise Line does not represent or warrant that access to the Web site will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, or that no viruses will be transmitted on this Web site. SNS CRUISE LINE makes no representations about the suitability of the information, products, and services contained on this Web site for any purpose. All such information, products, and services are provided “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. SNS CRUISE LINE hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the information, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non- infringement. You are advised to read all ‘Notes’ and ‘Rules’, and shall be held responsible for the contents displayed on each web page while booking on our website. Completion of the booking process shall deem to be the acceptance of “Notes” and “Rules” on your behalf.

Payment for online bookings can be made through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking (direct debit) or via PayTM wallet. Please note that we are currently not accepting payments made by credit, debit cards issues outside India.

Once an online booking is made, passengers are requested to confirm the time, and date of departure. SNS Cruise Line assumes no responsibility whatsoever on account of delay or cancellation of its services for any reason including change in schedule

3.1 Information collection and use

SNS CRUISE LINE shall not sell, trade or disclose to any third party other than an entity in the “SNS Marine Group” any information derived from the registration for, or use of, any on-line service without the consent of the user (except as required by law or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). When SNS CRUISE LINE uses other agents, contractors or corporations to perform services on its behalf or as part of a joint promotion, SNS CRUISE LINE shall ensure that this entity protects the user’s personal information in a manner which is consistent with this statement. If you choose not to provide certain personal information we request, you will be able to visit our web site but you may be unable to access certain options or services.

3.2 Registration, Special offers and contests

Registered users will occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals offered by SNS CRUISE LINE. From time-to-time contests may be conducted via our/our partner’s web site. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose any personal information in connection with them. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and mailing address), and demographic information (such as age). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.

3.3 Cookies

Our web site may use “cookies” so that SNS CRUISE LINE can better serve you with customized information when you return to our web site. Cookies are identifiers which a web site can send to your browser to facilitate a user’s next visit to our web site. You can set your browser to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the option to decide whether or not to accept it.

SNS Cruise Line prices its tickets on a one-way basis using a dynamic pricing and inventory allocation structure. Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. SNS Cruise Line quotes its fares in Indian Rupees . Please note that our prices are provided for end to end packages, as reflected in the booking, and no Customer is authorized to de-board in between. In the event of such an act (knowingly or unknowingly), the Customer is liable for disciplinary action. In case of exigency requiring termination of journey midway, a Customer would need to obtain permission from the Manager and would need to sign an Indemnity letter. SNS Cruise line is not liable to refund the difference, if any.

SNS Cruise Line, at its sole discretion, may cancel the booking without prior notice or information to the Customers, if in case: –

  • The credit card/debit card used for the payment of the fare has been reported lost or stolen.
  • The Itinerary or booking or Electronic Ticket is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained.
  • The Itinerary has been altered by anyone other than us or our authorized agent, or has been mutilated (in which case we reserve the right to retain such documentation).
  • The contact details provided in the booking are misleading/incomplete/incorrect or match with the details in other booking for which the credit card/debit card holder has raised dispute/chargeback.To avoid being a victim of credit card frauds, SNS Cruise Line advises you to always keep the following in mind:
  • If you have booked tickets with your credit card, bring along a photocopy (both front & back) of your credit card while traveling
  • If the booking has been made on someone else’s card, carry an authorization letter from the person as well as a photocopy of that card
  • While submitting the photocopy, make sure you strike off the CVV number on it (On the reverse of the card, in italics at the end of the signature panel)

All bookings made via our website/partner website/office/partner office are final and non-refundable

Please note that the rates mentioned here are for making changes in activity dates and not for cancellation.

Customers should note that certain prices are offered subject to certain conditions, which may limit, restrict or exclude the right of the Customer to change or cancel Bookings. Any fares with less than standard prices are promotional fares and are non-cancellable.

In case of circumstances beyond SNS Cruise Line’s control (including, without limitation, meteorological conditions, mechanical failures, acts of nature, force major, strikes, riots, civil commotions, embargoes, wars, hostilities, disturbances, government regulations, orders, demands or requirements, shortage of labour, fuel or facilities, or labour difficulties of SNS Cruise Line or others all actual, threatened or reported), SNS Cruise Line may cancel or re-schedule a cruise without notice.

SNS Cruise Line will endeavor to operate the cruises as per schedule, however SNS Cruise Line reserves its right to cancel, reschedule or delay the commencement or continuance of any cruise or alter or deviate from the route of the journey without thereby incurring any liability in terms of compensation, damages or loss whether direct, indirect, consequential or special or otherwise in any manner whatsoever. In case of any such cancellation or rescheduling of any cruise due to any reason SNS Cruise

Line assumes no responsibility or liability for delay in carriage.

If due to such circumstances, SNS Cruise Line cancels or delays a cruise beyond 24 hours, prepone’s a cruise by more than 60 minutes , is unable to provide previously confirmed space, SNS Cruise Line shall either:

  • Carry the Customer on the next scheduled service of SNS Cruise Line on the same cruise on which space is available, without an extra charge
  • Make a full refund for the booking, as by the Customer (in the form in which they were received) and shall be under no further liability to the Customer

We strongly recommend all customers to provide their mobile number and email address, to enable us to inform of cruise delays or cancellations in unforeseen circumstances. SNS Cruise Line will not be held responsible if no contact details are mentioned and customers are left uninformed.

Further, in the event that the SNS Cruiseline is unable to reach Customers on the numbers provided, then an email will be sent on the email address given by the Customer, and the Customer should exercise their options within 24 hours of email being sent, failing which the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted and SNS Cruiseline will conclude – as under:

  • The revised timing in case of rescheduled cruise is accepted by the Customer and shall entertain further changes only as per standard policy
  • That for cancelled cruise, the Customer does not find it suitable to travel on another scheduled cruise of SNS Cruise Line on same day/ another day, subject to availability, and will thus cancel the booking and process full refund to the mode of payment

For Customers who book their cruises well in advance of the scheduled departure date it is necessary that you re-confirm the departure time of your cruise between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, by visiting our website at www.SNSCruiseLine.com or calling our Call Centre at the contact numbers 02227892155 (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Customers should note that certain fares are offered subject to certain conditions, which may limit, restrict or exclude their right to change or cancel bookings. For details, please see ‘cruise cancellation/Re-scheduling’.

  • In case of credit card payments, refund shall be made by SNS Cruise Line within fifteen days of the cancellation to the account of credit card holder.
  • In case of cash transactions, refund shall be made immediately by SNS Cruise Line office from where the ticket was purchased.
  • In case of purchase of ticket through travel agent/portal, SNS Cruise Line shall refund the amount and shall ensure that the refund process is completed within 30 working days.

Boarding closes 20 minutes before scheduled departure time. Please ensure you are at the boarding point before the stipulated time. Failure to report at the boarding point before the stipulated time will result in customer being treated as ‘No-show’ and SNS Cruise Line will not be liable to provide any refund/alternate arrangement.

SNS Cruise Line reserves its right to refuse passage to any Customer who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violent or abusive, or where the Company or its duly authorized representatives / staff believe that it is necessary for the safety and comfort of other Customers or for the protection of the vessel and / or other assets.

Except in the case of its act(s) or omissions done with intent to cause damage or recklessly and with knowledge that damage would probably result, SNS Cruise Line shall not be liable for errors or omissions in timetables or other published schedules, or for representations made by employees, agents or representatives of SNS Cruise Line as to the dates or time of departure or arrival or as to the operation of any cruise.

In the case of tickets won in internet auctions, the total cost of the ticket(s) (inclusive of taxes) will be as per the bid won by the Customer on the website which hosted the auction. The value of the ticket(s) can be obtained by the Customer from such website. No cancellation or rebooking will be permitted.

These SNS Cruise Line Regulations shall be subject to, interpreted in accordance with and governed by Indian law. All claims and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, India only.
