Refund

Customers should note that certain fares are offered subject to certain conditions, which may limit, restrict or exclude their right to change or cancel bookings. For details, please see ‘cruise cancellation/Re-scheduling’.

  • In case of credit card payments, refund shall be made by SNS Cruise Line within fifteen days of the cancellation to the account of credit card holder.
  • In case of cash transactions, refund shall be made immediately by SNS Cruise Line office from where the ticket was purchased.
  • In case of purchase of ticket through travel agent/portal, SNS Cruise Line shall refund the amount and shall ensure that the refund process is completed within 30 working days.
